March 26: First coronavirus deaths in Victoria.
May 31: Victoria’s lockdown restrictions eased.
Mid-July: Virus escapes via poor quarantine procedures and second wave begins.
August 2: Victoria records 671 cases and 7 deaths.
LOCKDOWN #2 with stage four restrictions imposed. Melbourne encased in ADF-policed ‘ring of steel’.
