LORNE VICTORIA AUSTRALIA
There have been many families closely associated with the development of Lorne. Each family has its own unique story and some have shared their stories in books about the town. Lorne Historical Society has documented many of those stories for its history centre.
The Committee for Lorne was established in 2012 and produced a page in the Surf Coast Times each week. The page has an article by a feature writer, chair person’s column and community profile written by Cynthia Wynhoven. Over the years CW wrote many profiles, describing some Lorne people.
